This workshop counts for 10 days attendance at a BKI approved event for candidates in the Institute for The Work Certification Program. The registration is limited for max.18 participants.

1. Basic use of The Work and the turnarounds
Introduction of the 4 questions and turnarounds. Working method and tools in The Work. Focus on and investigation of general, basic and limiting beliefs. The 3 businesses. My motives in the facilitation as a client. Why we use defense, explanation and justification. Social panorama. Self facilitation. Turnaround resources.
2. My role as a coach
Learn to listen Learn to identify underlying beliefs in conversations. Focus on your role as a facilitator (teacher, manager, coach, parent): vaues, motives, beliefs and hidden agendas. The relationship: client/facilitator. Feedback and evaluation methods of the facilitation. Do your clients work. Self-evaluation of your facilitation. Working with difficult clients. Loving your past working with your timeline. Working with traumatic experiences. A life without guilt and justification with the resourceful dialogue.
3. Clear communication
Where do we communicate from and what are our motivs behind in communiction. Love, approval and appreciation. The meaning we add to reality. Resolving inner and outer conflicts with The Work. Learn to receive criticism no matter how it is given and learn to give a constructive feedback.Integration of The Work into your daily life and roles. Using The Work in coaching, in the company, in the family, in management. Passing on The Work. Code of ethics as a facilitator. Evaluation and celebration.
Meditation and silence will be an integral part of the workshop.
